A high-intensity class combining boxing circuits, conditioning drills, and resistance training—designed to burn fat, boost endurance, and sharpen competition-level skills.

Teens Boxing (Ages 10–17) – Next Gen Fighters

Type : Boxing Technique + Conditioning + Competition Prep

Focused on boxing skills, cardio, and discipline. Includes bag work, mitts, footwork, optional sparring. Dedicated teens,  the team provides expert coaching and fight training.
