In this section, you can address common questions efficiently.
What should I wear and bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive training shoes. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. You will also need hand wraps and boxing gloves.
Can I rent or buy gear at the gym?
Yes. We offer glove rentals and have wraps, gloves, and apparel available for purchase at the front desk.
What does a standard class look like?
A typical 50-minute session includes a dynamic warm-up, shadowboxing, heavy-bag combinations, functional strength or conditioning intervals, and a core-focused cooldown.
How early should I arrive for my first session?
Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts. This gives our team time to check you in, help wrap your hands, and introduce you to the basic boxing stances and punches.
How do I book a class?
You can reserve a spot directly through our website or mobile booking app up to 7 days in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class starts to retain your class credit. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session.
