Brickhouse Boxing House: Membership Disclaimer and Billing Terms
Terms of Subscription
Recurring Billing:
All memberships at Brickhouse Boxing Club are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our policy. It is your responsibility as a member to ensure that all billing and payment information remains current and accurate. Any failed payments may result in suspension of access to classes and facilities until the account is brought current.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted no later than 10 days before the upcoming renewal date. No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations or unused portions of your subscription. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, via email or through our online member portal.
No Refunds:
All payments made to Brickhouse Boxing Club are final. We do not provide refunds for missed classes, non-use of the facility, illness, travel, or dissatisfaction. We encourage members to fully review their schedule and commitment before enrolling in any recurring subscription plan.
Class Access and Program Adjustments:
Your subscription provides access to the classes and services outlined in your specific membership plan (e.g., 2x/week, unlimited classes, competition team access, etc.). Brickhouse Boxing Club reserves the right to modify class schedules, substitute instructors, update training formats, or make changes to programming without prior notice. These changes will not be grounds for cancellation with refund.
Gym Policies and Member Responsibilities
Hold / Freeze Option:
In limited cases, such as medical leave or extended travel, memberships may be placed on hold at the sole discretion of Brickhouse Boxing Club management. Requests must be submitted in writing and include relevant documentation (e.g., doctor’s note or travel confirmation). Hold periods are not guaranteed and will be reviewed individually.
Assumption of Risk:
By becoming a member and participating in any training, class, or use of the facility, you voluntarily acknowledge the inherent physical risks involved in boxing and fitness activities. These risks include, but are not limited to, injury, strain, or illness. You agree to hold Brickhouse Boxing Club, its owners, trainers, staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your participation.
Code of Conduct:
All members must treat coaches, staff, and fellow members with courtesy and respect. Behavior that is unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or discriminatory will not be tolerated. Brickhouse Boxing Club reserves the right to revoke membership access immediately and without refund if a member is found to be violating our code of conduct.
Agreement Acknowledgement:
By enrolling in a Brickhouse Boxing Club subscription plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this disclaimer. You acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement and accept full responsibility for adherence to club policies, billing terms, and conduct expectations.
