At Brickhouse Boxing Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy for our merchandise, including apparel and gear. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags still attached. We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, so we also allow exchanges within the same 7-day window for items that don’t fit properly or have a manufacturing defect. While we do our best to accommodate size availability, please understand that we cannot always guarantee stock of every item or size.
Certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including sale or promotional items, used or damaged gear, and custom or special-order products. These items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. If you choose to return an item by mail, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the shipping charges and ensure a prompt resolution.
